How do I access and manage my institutions account?

To manage your institutions account, you must be the registered administrator of the institution and have a username and password.  

Once your administrative access has been activated with a username and password, you can manage your institutional account through our Librarian Portal.

As an Administrator for your institution, you will have the ability:

• View subscription details
• Manage your institutions IP's
• Enable OpenURL
• Retrieve COUNTER reports.

*Note that your logon for the Librarian Portal is the same as your logon for pubs.aip.org
