I tried to become an ASA member, but received an error message that an account already exists. How can I proceed with my ASA application?

Select ‘I have an existing account’ under the heading ‘Join ASA’, and then select ‘proceed’ to create your username and password.  Enter the fields of information requested.  Please be sure to use the same e-mail address you used when attempting to complete your membership application.  If you do not know your account number click the ‘Retrieve your ASA account number’ link on the home page, and the account number associated with your e-mail address in our database will be e-mailed to you.
